Key Account Manager – Funded LearningManchester, UK

3t is currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager – Funded Learning on a permanent contract located in Manchester, England.

3t Training Services is the UK’s largest and leading provider of training for the oil and gas, wind, and power industries, and a major player globally, whilst also making a significant impact on the wider and utilities sectors including gas, electric, and water.

The Role

You will be responsible for the activity and sales within our funded learning function. This role encompasses a high number of local high-volume communications with funded learning clients including coordination of onboarding and maintaining of apprenticeships.

This is an outbound role with high activity levels which are reflected within the KPI’s.

Account Management of apprenticeships

  • Direct client engagement (face to face meetings and phone calls)
  • Coordinate and onboard new apprenticeships
  • Student support services – including reviews
  • Upsell opportunities across training course portfolio, to funding clients
  • Liaise with any new clients won as part of funding programs, for example with councils
  • Registration of learners as per company procedures
  • Safeguarding and E&D requirements

  • Strong client / account management skills

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
