The Role
To support the OEUK doctor & Clinic Manager in a busy clinic environment, within 3t’s Survival Training Centre in Dyce, Aberdeen by providing professional and reliable health screening services to delegates as per the below responsibilities:
- Provide screening services in line with OEUK guidelines.
- Maintain & manage clinical records.
- Monitor stock levels & escalate order requirements.
- Assist with the management & maintenance of each day’s clinic schedule including triage of medical appointments.
- Provide holiday/absence cover for the Clinic Manager including managing day-to-day operations.

- Experience & knowledge of occupational health policies and procedures.
- An understanding of the offshore energy industry with respect to employees’ health.
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- The ability to remain both calm & assertive during busy periods.
- An ability to retain information and multi-task.
- Discretion, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- The candidate will be a trained Collection Officer or will be willing to undertake training to become one.
- Experience providing Chester step tests for GWO/ERT medicals is desirable.
Pay: £28,000.00 per annum
