3t EnerMech is a pioneering joint-venture between 3t and global integrated solutions specialist provider EnerMech established in 2021 with the creation of two training centres, one in Guyana and the another in Qatar. Together our alliance delivers world-leading training and competency solutions encompassing a blend of traditional training, digital learning technologies and training compliance management platforms.
Together, our partnership with EnerMech and local entities Orinduik Development and Windsor Technologies, launched the Guyana Training Centre of Excellence to deliver Guyana’s first in-country training facility for the local workforce. In 2022, the partnership evolved and is now known as ODITC, the joint venture between the local entity and 3t EnerMech.
In 2022 3t’s Training Services division launched a new partnership in County Durham with a joint-venture agreement with Vital Fire Solutions (VFS), the trading arm of County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service (CDDFRS).
The joint venture includes the development of a 20,000 square foot offshore emergency fire training facility built at the existing fire service Training Centre at Bowburn, incorporating a three-storey mock offshore platform rig with full size heli-deck, helicopter simulator and internal structures to mirror those on an offshore installation.
The project includes delivery of many of the key training courses required for offshore firefighters such as Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (OERTM) and Offshore Emergency Response Team Leader (OERTL), as well as refresher training. All training is delivered to Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organisation (OPITO) standards, the skills body for the energy industry.
Together, our partnership ensures that the Teesside region is supported with world-class offshore training available locally.
