3t is currently looking to recruit a TMS Training Focal Point on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, UK.

The Role

As a TMS Training Focal Point you will be responsible for the facilitation and administration of all training arrangements activities on behalf of our TMS client workforce. You will be the client focal point and manage all aspects of the contract including ensuring the arrangement and maintenance of training requirements of the client employees including course bookings, scheduling of training, obtaining, and issuing certification.

Client:

  • Be the day-to-day focal point for Client queries and manage the contract allocated coordinators including providing direction on projects and set work scopes.
  • Ensure data is accurate, available, and usable and provide reports as and when required.
  • Ensure all queries and bookings are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner and systems, procedures and methodologies that are in place are followed.
  • Manage escalated queries from the co-ordinators and work with L&D HRBP and / or the relevant subject matter experts to resolve.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients projects and work scopes to support the scope of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the client in the creation, management and maintenance of Matrices including liaising with Client Technical Authorities (TA’s) and key HSE Personnel in setting up, coordinating builds, updating materials, coordinating related trainings.
  • Develop relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Provide Client L&D Business Partner with regular updates and escalate any nonresponses, outstanding queries, compliance status, etc.
  • Support the Clients L&D Business Partner by thinking innovatively recommending methods of continuous improvement and identify areas for improvement to bring added value and ensuring any improvements are implemented.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management team on contract performance and service delivery
  • Maintain, recommend changes, and develop procedures for allocated contract.
  • Review client’s 3rd party training spend on a regular basis to monitor trends.
  • Attend and lead Client meetings.
  • Ensure RSES requirements for offshore personnel as up to date and accurate.
  • Provide reports to enable the submission of clients annual worldwide HR survey.
  • Any adhoc projects and tasks to be managed at the client’s request.
  • Ensure client managed events programme is running efficiently and effectively and advertise events where necessary via Client Platform and in collaboration with client marketing team.
  • Ensure internal client web pages are up to date and utilise client internal communication methods as and when required.
  • Ensure contract KPI’s are being met, POs are in place and are monitored.
  • Verify that data within Client / Internal LMS is fully populated, maintained, and accurate including auditing of systems and providing reports.
  • Provide analytics on training activities.
  • Keep client up to date on any industry regulations linked to training.

3t Specific:

  • Support the Account Manager to achieve department strategic development and successful growth
  • Hold regular meetings with the team/relevant internal staff.
  • Monitor TMS revenue in comparison to resources that are deployed.
  • Monitor contract team transactional workload and corrections reports on a weekly basis and address where required.
  • Issue process updates to team and ensure training is offered if required.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the 3t management.
  • Lead contract team; develop staff through appraisals and succession planning.

  • Sound knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry as an advantage.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
  • Software system experience as an advantage.
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

  • Use of systems, Microsoft tools, apps and services such as excel, teams, word, one drive, outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.

Location: 3 days per week at Client Site (Westhill), min 1 day per week in 3t office and max 1 days per week from home.

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
