The Role

3t Digital offers B2B learning software and content to safety critical industries. As a Product Owner at 3t Digital, you will work across teams to ensure that our product is built productively in a way that provides the best value and support for our customers. You will report to the Senior Product Manager, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands. The product team is comprised of a senior product manager, two product owners and a UX designer. The incumbents understand our customer processes well.

Roadmap Development

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine the product roadmap.

Feature Definition & Prioritization

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to ensure clear requirements for the development team.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and make decisions on trade-offs to maximize the impact of each release.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between business stakeholders and the development teams you work with.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality features.
  • Coordinate with the customer success and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Agile Development Process

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders, keeping them informed of product updates and delivery timelines.

Customer Advocacy

  • Deeply understand customer needs and advocate for their perspective throughout the development process.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and increase product adoption.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and keep the product competitive.
  • Participate in research and analysis to support product positioning, pricing, and feature prioritization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B software environment.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and drive business value.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the broader energy sector and/or in a business focused on education or compliance.
  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar.
  • Background in UX/UI design principles and customer experience optimization.

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
