3t is currently looking to recruit a Business Account Manager on a permanent contract located in Manchester, England.

3t Training Services is the UK’s largest and leading provider of training for the oil and gas, wind, and power industries, and a major player globally, whilst also making a significant impact on the wider and utilities sectors including gas, electric, and water.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our largest, non TMS clients and will be their main point of contact for all day to day account management and course bookings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Account Management of a number of pre-defined top non-TMS business clients
- Booking management of our B2B customer base
- Ensure timely responses to all enquiries and booking requests
- Communicate with relevant KAM to support on all upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Certificate expiry management to secure delegate refreshers
- Conversion from manual booking to portal booking where appropriate
- Purchase Order Management
- Promptly resolve any invoice queries Reporting:
- Monthly reporting of activity levels including account managed client expiries, PO status, credits and conversion to portal bookings
Key Performance Indicators
- 80% conversion of all account managed client expiries/refreshers secured
- 100% of PO’s in at time of booking (where pre-approved none over 7 days post course)
- Less than 1% credits / individual
- Min 16% equal split of overall non-account managed B2B workload
- Weekly late availability promotional emails to all account managed clients
- 1 x monthly promotional campaign, targeted themes to support local product drivers
Individual Targets / Bonus Opportunity:
OTE of £500 payable per month split 3 ways (* payment trigger achievement of individual KPI’s)
- £200 per month – payable upon achievement of individual monthly B2B budget (minus any revenue loss credits)
- £150 per month – payable upon achievement of overall team monthly budget (minus any revenue loss credits)
- £150 per month – * payable upon achievement of individual KPI’s

Pay: £31,200.00 per annum
