The Role

The MEM Role Player will enhance the effectiveness and realism of simulated scenarios.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Course Instructor prepare the simulator before each new course and pack away materials on course completion.
  • Assist in the set-up of scenarios according to the instructions of the Course Instructor.
  • Attend the briefing, given by the Course Instructor before each scenario, in order to become familiar with assigned roles.
  • Become familiar with simulator equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining the quality and accuracy of course materials.
  • Attend company induction programme as directed.
  • Attend assigned training sessions, as directed.
  • To comply with all Company Health, Safety and Quality Procedures.
  • Any other tasks as directed by MEM Team Leaders.
  • Carry out basic admin duties

We’re looking for candidates interested in completing either a Business Administration SCQF Level 6 or Facilities Services (level to be confirmed) Apprenticeship.
