3t is currently looking to recruit a Digital and Social Content Manager on a fixed-term basis.
The location of this role can be flexible, with hybrid working between your home address and our 3t offices.

The Role
This exciting role will be integral in the creation and deployment of thought-provoking and high-performing content across all of 3t’s digital channels: social media, website, articles, case studies, thought-leadership, and more.
As part of 3t’s marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Director, you will support on all digital content 3t’s business workstreams; Training, Digital, Drilling Systems, Workforce Solutions, and Managed Services, and from the wider business.
The role will be responsible for setting and managing content schedules across all platforms and meeting growth strategies for social media and organic website performance.
Part of 3t’s marketing team, the role will also support with marketing promotion of the overall 3t offering and world-class solution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Championing excellent content: Be the lead on all things digital content, creating exciting, well-written, and high-performing content across all online touchpoints
- Guardianship of 3t’s tone of voice online and in line with the set brand guidelines ensuring meticulous attention is paid to protecting the authenticity of the brand across all content
- Lead generation through the 3t website: Understanding the impact of excellent content within lead generation campaigns such as case studies, articles, and white papers, and optimising the content to generate leads within the set marketing campaigns
- Marketing Planning: Working closely with colleagues, inputting and delivering on all content requirements across digital marketing
- Agency and supplier management: Confidently brief agencies to set goals and manage the organic performance of content across the website
- Social media: Set clear growth strategies to grow followers and engagement across 3t’s social media platforms, including the development of new channels to reach our target audiences
- Community: Grow and nurture a sense of community that our customers (b2c and b2b) can engage with online
- Website: Working with colleagues across the business to ensure that all content across the 3t website is accurate and up-to-date, well-written and performing against set KPIs
- Video Content: Develop a strong library of 3t video content to showcase our business and utilise within our marketing plans, and create effective strategies to grow our content on YouTube
- Stakeholder management: Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders requirements, delivering to plan and set goals to support wider business activities

You know the power of well-written content and the impact that this has on the performance of websites organically, continuously delving into the data to optimise, with the confidence to work with and challenge digital marketing agencies to optimise performance.
The experience we’re looking for includes:
- Experience of working within a dynamic multi-discipline marketing team across both b2b and b2c brands
- Strong working knowledge of SEO with evidence of taking the lead when it comes to website performance overall
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital reporting dashboards
- Strong marketing project management skills
We would expect you to have:
- Further higher learning, preferably at degree level, or marketing industry training
- At least 3 years or working within a creative marketing, content or social media marketing role
- Excellent communication skills, project briefing and management, and the ability to influence at various levels
- An acute attention to detail
