Cost-Effective, IADC and IWCF Accredited Training with this Portable Real-Time Drilling and Well Control Simulator

Portable real-time drilling and well control simulator

The DrillSIM:20 is a portable real-time drilling and well control simulator. The interactive simulator is a cost-effective means of delivering hands-on well control training to recognised accreditation standards including IADC and IWCF.

The DrillSIM:20 includes two consoles, a touchscreen station and a laptop which are packaged in a robust protective case that can be easily transported to deliver training anytime, anywhere.

DrillSim Downhole Model

DrillSIM:20 includes the full DrillSIM downhole model.

DrillSIM Suite Manager

A DrillSIM software package license can be added to DrillSIM:20 to create a multi-station training environment. Simulations can be observed, monitored and managed from one central instructor station that provides data on the student activity and progress on each simulator.

Industry standards

DrillSIM:20 meets and exceeds oil and gas drilling and well control training and accreditation standards set by IWCF and IADC (levels 3 and 4).

Revolutionize your learning

“We found the performance of the simulators for volumetric well control, shipping operations, deepwater well control and problem presentation to be superior. The scope of simulation from both systems has met the needs of our drilling operations and the technical support from Drilling Systems has been outstanding.”
