3t Training Services is the UK’s largest and leading provider of training for the oil and gas, wind, and power industries, and a major player globally, whilst also making a significant impact on the wider and utilities sectors including gas, electric, and water.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling courses for funded learners ensuring they complete all required training. This includes what their training gaps are as well as re-arranging no-shows. You will also support learners after their training, specifically when an employer agrees to conduct interviews you’ll help coordinate these and when they’ve completed all training you’ll look out for any job outcomes.

3t Training has secured funding through a number of channels including Skills Bootcamps (known internally as Greenskills), ELCAS funding for military service leavers, and through direct funding awards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to delegates when they have training to complete that isn’t scheduled in.
  • Re-booking training courses for delegates who no-show for a course.
  • Or working with clients where they are coordinating training for the delegates
  • Inviting delegates to relevant interview sessions when an employer agrees. Including allocating timeslots and sending out invite emails. Coordinating on the day which involves taking delegates from the restaurant up to the meeting room.
  • When delegates are on training courses you’ll make sure to get signatures for their registers. (This is a process we’re looking to automate in the future).
  • Ensure timely responses to all enquiries and booking requests .
  • Be a point of contact for new enquiries when colleagues are on annual leave or not available .
  • Using 3tx by correctly updating delegates profiles as required and booking courses against ‘gaps’ and ensuring completion of each package of training within any funding time limits.
  • Ensure all bookings made for revenue tracking are correctly added to Vision to enable invoicing of the appropriate funding body.

Reporting:

  • You will be required to ensure 3tx and our trackers are kept up to date as this drives much of the reporting in the funding team.
  • In addition you will be expected to have an awareness of how much funding is remaining in each funding pot and when the course completion timelines are, based on how many learners have started programmes.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Less than 20% of on-programme learners to have gaps that aren’t scheduled at any one time. Decreasing to 10% for established funding streams.
  • Ensure all relevant Learners are offered an interview and the maximum number are scheduled depending on the time the employer gives us
  • Schedule and invite learners to a fortnightly induction session for each location
