Meet Our Managed Services Team

At 3t, our Managed Services team is dedicated to delivering value for your training and compliance needs. We provide flexible and cost-effective solutions, designed to help clients manage their training and related activities efficiently. With a strong focus on systemising and streamlining every aspect of these activities, our Managed Services team aim to take the strain off our clients, offering a fully outsourced training management solution tailored to their specific business needs.

Over the past eight years, 3t has emerged as a leader in global training and competency management services. We are proud to be recognised by many of the world’s leading Oil and Gas, Renewables, Marine, Utilities and Public Sector organisations, a testament to the dedication and hard work of our Managed Services team. 

Each team member brings unique skills, experiences, and passions that contribute to our clients’ exceptional service. 

Now, let us introduce you to the team. 

Saskia Koske – General Manager of Managed Services

Saskia Koske joined 3t as General Manager of Managed Services in 2023.  

With over 14 years of experience in managing complex, digitised safety-critical services across healthcare, training, and consulting, Saskia brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. With a proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving ambitious business goals, Saskia has been an excellent addition. 

Passionate about the impact of innovative solutions, Saskia is committed to enhancing the service line’s effectiveness in managing outsourced training for major blue-chip companies in the oil and gas, renewables, utilities, and power generation sectors.  

Steph Lamont – Senior Manager of Managed Services

After leaving school, Steph began her career as a Travel Agent, starting an apprenticeship at a busy family-run agency. The demanding role, with its long hours and competitive environment, taught her the importance of exceptional customer service. Handling everything from simple bookings to complex arrangements, she learned to meet diverse client needs with precision and care, mastering the art of customer service under extreme pressure. 

After becoming a parent, Steph transitioned to the training sector, where her skills and dedication truly shone. Over the past 11 years, she has progressed from a Training and Competence Administrator to a Senior Manager of Managed Services. In January 2024, she stepped into her current role, where she leads the Managed Services teams and ensures that we consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients. 

Erin Lumsden – Senior Manager of Managed Services

Erin rejoined the training sector in 2019 as a TMS Coordinator at 3t, after spending a year in Sydney, Australia. Her previous experience within the industry fuelled her desire to advance in the training sector, and 3t offered the right platform for her growth.  

With strong support from both the company and its clients, Erin has now progressed to Senior Manager of Managed Services. Over her tenure, she has had the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele, which has helped to enhance her skills in relationship management, service delivery, and leadership. 

David Newbigging – Senior Key Account Manager

With over 17 years in the Energy sector, Dave is a key figure in 3t’s Managed Services team. Born on the Isle of Lewis, and later moving to Aberdeen in 2006, he shifted his career focus from Sports and Recreation to the Energy industry. 

Dave’s expertise in Business Development and Account Management has enabled him to work extensively with UK and international clients. He is committed to prioritising his clients, making exceptional customer service his top priority. Within 3t, he is recognised as a dedicated team player who consistently goes the extra mile to support his clients and colleagues. 

Since joining 3t in 2020, Dave has been instrumental in business development, and now, as a Senior Account Manager, he manages key client accounts across 3t’s Training Management (TMS), Competency Management (CMS), and Learning Management (LMS) platforms. 

Known for his strong people skills, problem-solving skills and providing tailored guidance, Dave’s natural talent for customer service helps drive 3t’s ongoing success in delivering effective training and compliance solutions. 

Lois Bruce – Senior Key Account Manager

Lois Bruce started her career at a local fruit farm, where seven years of hands-on work taught her resilience and invaluable skills that have guided her throughout her career. 

After finishing school, she trained as an Early Years Practitioner and worked in a nursery before deciding to move into the Training sector, juggling her role with a part-time Business Management degree. 

Her move to the TMS team allowed her to excel in training management and build meaningful client relationships, which she found deeply fulfilling. A subsequent role in the Business Development team then provided valuable mentorship and further growth. Lois’s career path eventually led her to the 3t Training Services division, where she started as an Account Manager focusing on Marine training. 

Now, as Senior Key Account Manager for Managed Services, Lois excels in the fast-paced environment by drawing on her extensive customer service experience. She effectively manages complex client needs, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service. 

Rachel Fyvie – TMS Improvements & Onboarding Manager

Rachel began her career as Bookings Coordinator with 3t nearly a decade ago, shortly after returning from a year-long career break spent travelling across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.  

Over the years, Rachel has progressed through various roles, including Team Lead and Customer Service Manager, reflecting her dedication and expertise. Her experience spans supporting self-funders, B2B clients, and TMS clients, building strong relationships both internally and with clients.  

This experience has ultimately led to her current role as TMS Improvement & Onboarding Manager, a role which she loves as enables her to continue to work alongside some truly inspirational people. 

Outside of work, she balances her professional life with the energy of her two young children, who keep her very active.
