This funded, programme is ideal for those without prior experience, allowing them to gain industry-recognised qualifications in just three weeks. Upon successful completion, participants will also receive support in arranging interviews with local employers, enhancing their chances of immediate employment.

Our 3-week bootcamp delivers a well-rounded programme featuring a mix of EUSR Accredited Courses and in-house qualifications from 3t.

Designed for individuals eager to start or advance their careers in the Groundworker and Construction sectors, these courses require no prior experience.

EUSR Accredited Courses:

  • SHEA Core
  • CAT 1+2
  • CAT 3
  • CAT 4
  • CAT 5

EUSR is a recognised third-party awarding organisation in partnership with CITB. Their SHEA training and assessments are mapped to the standards for the CITB Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, making all SHEA schemes CSCS Alliance schemes.

  • Health & Safety Awareness
  • Vehicle Marshalling
  • Excavator Banks-person
  • Abrasive Wheels
  • Installation of Modular and Concrete Slab
