With over 15 years of experience working in the training sector across a variety of roles, Jill has been an integral part of 3t since joining as part of their acquisition of Petrofac in 2021. Jill’s impressive career has seen her grow from Account Management to HR Director, including overseeing the 3t’s HR and ESG strategies.
Working closely with the senior management team within 3t on a variety of strategic initiatives, Jill’s vision and experience will allow 3t to enhance its standards for employee engagement, ESG, and innovation to reach new heights.
Whilst strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective clients, Jill is also vital in ensuring that the diverse communities within 3t feel safe and supported in the workplace.
