ALL STOP! has seen impressive growth since its establishment in 2018, and is now a multimillion-dollar revenue business with a second facility located in Houma, Louisiana. The recent acquisition by 3t will combine ALL STOP!’s exceptional practical training with 3t’s market-leading learning technology to create an outstanding enhanced offering for the US market.
The Role
This is an exciting new role to join a growing and fast paced international training organisation as we seek to expand our service offering in the US market. You will join an existing team of sales professionals to work collaboratively to support business growth in the US training market.
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts and new business prospects with a locality in and around the Houston area. You will be required to proactively engage and build relationships with these clients through outbound contact, meetings and outreach campaigns to maintain and grow training facility revenues, as well as identifying lead generation opportunities for the group business development division. You will work closely with the regional operational and business development functions to maximise training centre course utilisation and new service line development.
This is a principally client-facing, outbound role with high activity levels which are reflected within the KPI’s.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Management of the key customer accounts within the Houston area with the primary engagement to be undertaken via:
- Maintenance of existing and generation of new revenues for training facilities.
- Direct client interface (face to face meetings, virtual meetings and phone calls).
- Promotional mail campaigns – targeted to business needs.
- Upsell opportunities across training course portfolio, both existing and new products
- Lead generation for business development function.
- New business development activity identifying potential new revenue streams within the defined geographical area.
- SME focus around niche product lines as defined by business unit.
- Houston remit.

- Working in, or have experience in a sales role, ideally in the Oil and Gas or Renewables Energy Sector.
- Experience in training, competence or health and safety related disciplines advantageous.
- Confident communicator with a passion for customer service.
- Account / customer relationship management experience.
- Solution-based sales mentality

Salary: – Circa $60,000pa, with potential for further commission-based $20,000pa
