3t is driving strategic growth in the US, strengthening our team and enhancing our world-class training facilities to meet the evolving needs of safety-critical industries.

We’re growing our US team to better support our customers. We’re excited to welcome Sharon Brady as Sales Executive at our newly branded Houston training facility, as she plays a vital role in enhancing client relationships and helping more businesses access our industry-leading training solutions.

Our new grant bid writer Danielle Hickin has recently joined our US team, focused on securing state funding opportunities to support workforce development – helping businesses upskill and expand their teams to meet industry demands.

Elevating Our Training Facilities
As part of our rebrand, we’ve made significant upgrades to our training centres in Houston and Houma, aligning them with 3t’s global standards. These investments ensure our customers have access to the highest-quality safety-critical training, cutting-edge facilities, and expert instructors, keeping their workforce safe and prepared.

During a recent visit, senior leaders Paul Knowles (VP Training), Chris Bews (Senior Solutions Manager), and Craig Grassick (Asset & Product Manager) collaborated closely with our US teams to modernise facilities, enhance course offerings, and drive product innovation – all with the goal of delivering best-in-class safety-critical training for the energy and industrial sectors.

“It’s exciting to see the significant strides being made at 3t, from welcoming the acquisition of ALL STOP! to the rebranding of the training centres. This isn’t just about a name change,” says Paul Knowles, VP Training at 3t. “It’s about investing in people, strengthening training capabilities, and ensuring we provide the highest standards of safety and competency to our customers.”
